A 4-year-old Mississippi boy and his dog were rescued Yesterday after falling into a well, authorities said. The two spent about three hours 25 feet down in the well, Clifford Galey, civil defense director for Lincoln County, Mississippi The child fell about 5 p.m. local time, he said, adding that "several rescue teams" were involved in the rescue. Fake mobile phone towers, often called Stingrays, offer valuable information about suspects but also collect vast amounts of data from innocent passers-by. From now on, agencies will need to obtain a search warrant to use such devices. The US Department of Justice said it wanted to protect citizens' privacy. "Cell-site simulator technology has been instrumental in aiding law enforcement in a broad array of investigations, including kidnappings, fugitive investigations and complicated narcotic cases," Deputy Attorney General Sally Quillian Yates said in a statement. Kim Davis has said that her Christian faith should exempt her from signing the licenses. The US Supreme Court declared gay marriage legal in June.
